Anyway, its back to the grind of eating and reviewing noodles. Today we are doing the Nissin Cup Noodles Kyushu White Flavor from Thailand. This one came from an NTUC Supermarket in Singapore. Although it was produced in Thailand, this specific flavor is meant for the Singapore market as evidenced by the Nissin Singapore Facebook logo on the cup.
As usual, we have the photos of the cup and its contents.
The contents of the cup are shown below.
The cup contains the noodle block with loose seasoning powder, dried garnish and a sachet of seasoning oil.
We followed the preparation instructions printed on the side of the cup. First remove the sachet and pour in boiling water up to the inner line. Close the cup and let the noodles steep for 3 minutes. Pour in the seasoning oil and stir thoroughly before serving.
We added some chili, eggplant and long beans to complete the cup of noodles.
The wheat flour noodles are classic Nissin-style instant ramen noodles. They had a good flavor and gauge to them. The broth was a creamy seafood broth that’s laced with the sesame garlic flavor from the seasoning oil. They combined quite well together to create something that just tastes so comfortable. This was helped by their generous serving of dried vegetable and egg garnish.
Overall the Nissin Cup Noodles Kyushu White Flavor is a good pick up when you need a quick meal. We give it a final score of zero chilis and 3.5 stars.
